02 limit my play unibet rg DT

How do I limit my play?

We offer a variety of tools to help ensure you only spend the time and money you can afford. Get in touch with one of our friendly support agents if you’d like some help in setting limits.

Deposit Limit

This lets you control how much money you can deposit over a rolling period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Once you’ve hit your limit, you won’t be able to deposit until your limit resets.

How it works:

If you set a deposit limit of €50 every 7 days and then deposit €50, you won’t be able deposit any further money until the 7 days is up.

Setting a deposit limit is an essential part of managing your play.

Loss Limit

This lets you control the net amount of money you can lose on a particular product over a day, week or month. Once you’ve hit your limit, you won’t be able to play on that product again until your limit resets.

How it works:

If you set a loss limit of €100 per week on Casino, and then lose €100, you won’t be able to play on Casino again until the week is up. We take into account wins, so if you lose €50 and then win €50, you’ll still have a total of €100 to lose before being limited.

Setting this limit can help you to stop chasing your losses.

Product Block

Love the occasional sports bet but keep getting drawn to the poker tables? This tool lets you block access to a product for 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month, 3 months or 6 months.

How it works:

If you choose to block access to Poker for one week, you won’t be able to play on that product until the block expires.

A product block can help to remove unnecessary temptation.

03 take a-break unibet rg DT

How do I take a break?

If your betting is having a negative impact and the limits you’ve set are not doing enough to control your play, please block yourself from logging in for as long as you feel necessary.

Self-Exclusion

Our self-exclusion option lets you block access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or indefinitely.

How it works:

You’ll choose how long you want to exclude for and accept the terms and conditions. Once you’ve confirmed the break, you’ll be logged out of your account and blocked from logging in again until the exclusion period is over.

If you do decide to take a break, we also recommend you install software to block betting sites:
